01 / Overview

Can people and AI engines find a consistent account of the organization?

The work addressed inconsistent organization information, factual website content and technical signals that support discovery. It is a focused GEO project, separate from the broader brand and community work.

02 / Deliverables

Content and technical work

  • Organization information audit and entity consistency corrections.
  • JSON-LD organization and FAQ structured data.
  • Crawler-access work through robots.txt, sitemap and canonical tags.
  • Factual About content and direct-answer FAQs.
  • Review of external entity profiles and authority signals.

03 / Impact and evidence

A clearer foundation for discovery

The work strengthened the website’s content and machine-readable organization information. AI-citation and traffic lift have not yet been measured against a comparable baseline.

Next measurement step

Use a dated, repeatable set of discovery prompts across named AI engines, recording mentions, citations and factual accuracy with consistent scoring.

My contribution

Ownership and collaboration

My contribution covers the organization audit, content and technical work. AI engines determine their own answers and citations; those outcomes have not yet been measured against a baseline.
