Building Austin AI Hub

Founding contributions, brand, website and community work

Ownership and tools

My role and AI contribution

My role
I built the website, developed organization and program content, and handled the communications, event and photography work described here. Naming and branding were founding-team contributions.
AI contribution
AI-powered tools supported the website build. My role was to connect the organization’s identity, information and participation paths; the broader team and program contributions remain separately credited.
Evidence and checks
The live website and role history support this record. The dedicated GEO and hackathon pages distinguish implementation from collective outcomes; no AI-generated research finding is presented as participant evidence.

01 / Scope

Building the organization’s public presence

As a founding team member, I helped name and brand Austin AI Hub, built its website, managed social media and announcements, planned events, photographed events myself and developed partnerships. I became CMO in June 2026.

02 / Delivery decision

Connect identity, information and participation

A new nonprofit needs people to understand what it does and how to participate. My work connected its name and branding with website content, event announcements and community communications.

The website explains the mission, programs and routes into the community. Event photography documents the people behind the organization. This is the purpose of the connected approach; recognition or conversion improvements have not been quantified.

Separate records for distinct contributions

Hackathon production ↗ covers the global program. GEO and AI-search visibility ↗ covers the discovery audit and implementation. Keeping their evidence separate makes my scope easier to assess.

The current public record shows the organization’s digital presence and describes my responsibilities. It does not claim sole ownership of team outcomes or publish private partnership discussions.
