My role in the decision process

Frame
Clarify the business question and the decision the research needs to support with executive, product and marketing stakeholders.
Investigate and synthesize
Conduct UX, market and competitive studies; translate findings into recommendations, competitor battlecards and sales-enablement material.
Inform the decision
I own the research contribution. Business owners make the product, marketing and commercial decisions. Confidential study artifacts and results stay within Rackspace.

This experience overview describes documented responsibilities. AI-assisted client work is shown separately in the Protbyte project ↗.

01 / Scope

Research across product and marketing

My work connects customer needs, market evidence and competitive intelligence with decisions about offerings, messaging and positioning. Stakeholders include presidents, the CMO, and product and marketing directors.

02 / Research decision

Match the method to the business question

The practice begins by clarifying which decision the stakeholder needs to make. A customer-experience question, a market-positioning question and a sales objection call for different evidence and different outputs.
